Shipping and payment terms

Shipment:
Shipping is not necessary. You will receive an invoice and order confirmation by email.
You can register for one of our seminars/conferences with an ID card. You do not need to show the invoice.

Payment options:
You have several options for payment.
Credit card (AmericanExpress/Visa/Mastercard), Sofort (Pay direct / If your country supports this payment option), PayPal and ApplePay.

Cancellation conditions:
The respective cancellation conditions can be found on each product page, as these are individual.
